Approach
I am an experienced and attuned Clinical Psychologist, who is passionate about resilience and authenticity, considering these essential components of human flourishing. Within a welcoming space, I work in partnership with clients to explore their personal history and meet their present needs. I strive to foster an environment of wisdom, candour and self-reflection in order to promote meaningful change and wellbeing.
I work primarily from a relational framework, which acknowledges that the relationships we have with others often impact the connection we have with ourselves. The therapies used will be personalised to your needs, drawing on multiple evidenced-based treatments including ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema, and Mindfulness-based interventions. My clinical experience spans private and community mental health setting, in areas such as sexual health, interpersonal assault, complex trauma, chronic health conditions and substance dependence.
